Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to analyze complex operational data and deliver executive-level insights. You will develop reports, scorecards, and summaries using ServiceNow analytics and KPI data to guide leadership decisions.

You will gather information from multiple IT teams, validate metrics, and translate findings into clear business narratives. Strong PowerPoint skills and independent work style are essential for timely delivery to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in business analysis, operational reporting, analytics, or IT operations support.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
Strong understanding of IT Operations, technology services, and operational performance metrics.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating and maintaining executive-level presentations.
Ability to analyze large datasets and transform findings into meaningful business insights.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience presenting findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive deliverables to completion.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex IT operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, scorecards, operational summaries, and leadership presentations.
Leverage ServiceNow reporting, Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, dashboards, and KPI data to support operational decision-making.
Gather and synthesize information from multiple IT operational teams to create a cohesive view of organizational performance.
Validate operational metrics, identify data inconsistencies, and ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
Translate technical and operational information into clear, concise, business-focused insights for leadership audiences.
Develop executive narratives that clearly articulate what happened, why it matters, associated risks, and recommended areas of focus.
Partner closely with IT leadership to understand priorities, objectives, and operational challenges.
Proactively investigate data, operational issues, and emerging trends to uncover actionable insights.
Independently manage assignments from data gathering and analysis through final executive presentation and delivery.
Support recurring operational reviews, leadership updates, and strategic reporting initiatives.
