Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Reporting Analyst to join the Office of the CIO's Business Management Office. You will support operational, financial, workforce, staffing, and spend reporting across Technology and drive consistency and scalability in recurring reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, reporting, and business-partnering skills, with hands-on experience in Tableau and/or Power BI, and familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and related

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business reporting, data analysis, or technology reporting.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Operations, or Technology teams; financial services knowledge preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience creating reports/dashboards with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large, complex data sets.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Automate/Power Apps, AWS Athena, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Validate data and perform variance analysis to identify reporting anomalies.
• Document data sources, rules, and processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports for Technology, including workforce, staffing, and spend.
• Collaborate with BMO and internal teams to translate requirements into reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and support automation initiatives.
• Translate business questions into formal reporting requirements and data definitions.
• Create and improve dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
