Applied Intuition is seeking an IT Operations Engineer responsible for providing technical support and onboarding users. This role is key to building and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the company.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT operations, covering system administration and supporting various systems in a fast-paced environment. Additional skills in networking and service applications are advantageous.

The position is based in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations including system administration, server support, and desktop support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace or other Active Directory systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable IT infrastructure for the organization.
• Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding.
