Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory systems.
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers).
• CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for issues related to computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
