Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to provide first-line technical support, onboarding/offboarding, and to help scale our corporate IT infrastructure.

You will serve as the IT domain expert across the team and improve technology architecture. Based in the United States, this in-office role emphasizes a strong operations background, experience with Google Workspace, Windows/Linux/macOS, networking, SaaS integrations, scripting, and security controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations including system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support.
• Experience with Google Workspace, or other Active Directory systems.
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows and Mac computers.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches, access points).
• Experience deploying, integrating, and administering SaaS applications.
• Ability to operate under pressure with multiple priorities and maintain discipline and flexibility.
• Experience creating IT processes and procedures.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and build out a scalable IT infrastructure for a growing organization.
• Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and on-site support, escalating complex items as needed.
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
