Job summary

Finom is expanding its IT Operations team and seeks an IT Operations Engineer to support hundreds of employees across Windows and macOS devices, identity management, and SaaS tools. You will run core platforms, resolve issues, and improve processes to unblock users quickly.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, software deployments, and access requests while maintaining documentation and KBs. This role offers remote/hybrid work in Europe and stock options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or service desk.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and macOS devices.
• Strong customer service with clear communication under pressure.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and SLAs.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 administration.
• Familiarity with JumpCloud MDM and identity providers (Okta, Entra ID).
• Good documentation habits and clear ticket notes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• First line IT support for Finom employees via Jira Service Management and Slack.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS devices remotely, enrollments, and compliance.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Torii.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion; maintain workflows and KB.
• Identify trends, write knowledge base articles, and propose automation; support security/compliance.
