This role sits on the End User Experience team within Cinemark's IT Operations organization, which owns the End User Device Management, End User Application Management, End User Remote Access, Collaboration, Communications and Voice, Meeting Room and Audio Visual, Print Services and Equipment Reservation services. The team is the day-to-day face of IT for Cinemark's corporate staff, keeping everyone productive across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. A proficient operations engineer who independently owns recurring operational work end-to-end within the team's service area. The engineer resolves a broad range of incidents and requests, executes standard changes, and improves the runbooks the team relies on. We are standing up a new program that uses artificial intelligence to automate and deflect routine operations work across corporate IT. It is early days, so you will get in at the start and help shape how it works. In this role you will primarily support Cinemark's United States-based corporate staff.
You will spend much of your time on incidents, requests, and standard changes, with regular time set aside to improve runbooks and automate routine work.
