Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and tools (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Exceptional capability debugging and solving complex issues related to both hardware, low level software, and networking
• Knowledge of network architecture
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond to occasional off-hour emergencies

Job Description:

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the core IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems run smoothly and are consistently optimized.
