Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Coordinator-IT Operations Administration to support IT operations, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management. The role collaborates with IT leadership, finance, procurement, and vendors to ensure accurate reporting, timely processing of invoices, and compliance with corporate policies.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in supporting IT or business operations, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach within a dynamic energy

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree.
• 5–7 years in accounting support, admin processes, procurement, finance, or similar.
• Experience supporting IT, technical operations, shared services, or procurement preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT department budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking and financial reporting for operating and capital expenditures.
• Develop and maintain departmental reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for IT financials, procurement, assets, contracts, renewals, and metrics.
• Maintain records for IT assets, licenses, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Support procurement, accounts payable, contract tracking, IT inventory, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate leadership and vendor meetings, project support and agendas.
