Job summary

The Village Center Community Development District is seeking an Information Technology Coordinator in The Villages, FL to provide essential IT operations support, asset lifecycle management, and license administration. You will administer Microsoft 365 services, oversee device inventories, and assist with vendor coordination within a public-sector environment.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of IT support or admin experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years IT support or administrative experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and asset lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity basics and licensing portals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT help desk point of contact and escalate as needed.
• Maintain asset lifecycle records and software licenses.
• Process IT purchase orders and invoices; track vendor contracts.
• Support IT project tracking and documentation in SharePoint/Teams.
