Responsibilities

• Support the build and deployment of laptops for new users and end users.
• Close Macbook leases by configuring and wiping devices.
• Set up and maintain desk hardware in the office.
• Update assets in the hardware asset management system.
• Document procedures in the ticketing system and ensure resolution.
• Assist with Google Meet Hardware setup in the office.
• Support loaner laptops for interviews or events.
• Participate in IT projects and agile workflows.
