Job summary

Keros Therapeutics is seeking a motivated IT Operations Co-op to join our Information Technology team in Lexington, MA. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year college student to gain hands-on experience supporting end-user technology, device management, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and day-to-day IT operations.

You will work with experienced IT professionals to contribute to projects that support research, clinical, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field.
• Entering junior or senior year (3rd or 4th year) and eligible for co-op.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with laptop deployment, imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
• Respond to service requests and incidents with strong customer service.
