Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations and Procurement Coordinator to support day-to-day IT procurement and asset management activities.

This on-site role in Reston, VA focuses on provisioning, tracking, and delivering technology equipment to end users across the company. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and experience with inventory and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, or operational support processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and quality check PCs and other end-user technology equipment.
• Prepare, pack, ship, receive, and track IT equipment for associates and field locations.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records and support equipment lifecycle management activities.
• Coordinate device deployments, refreshes, repairs, and lease return activities with IT teams and vendors.
• Process IT purchase requests and ensure systems of record are updated accurately and timely.
• Assist with inventory audits, reporting, and operational process documentation.
• Respond to equipment and procurement-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service to associates.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities that ensure the efficient delivery of technology services across NVR.
