Job summary

NVR Technology is seeking an IT Project Manager who combines strong organizational skills, leadership, and execution capabilities to support technology initiatives and workforce programs. This role leads small to mid-sized IT projects and coordinates with the IT Workforce Program Manager.

The position is on-site in Reston, VA and offers competitive compensation with traditional benefits and stock ownership through a profit sharing trust.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT experience or in a business function supporting technology or organizational initiatives.
• Experience as Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong coordination, planning, and execution with excellent communication.
• Ability to lead and facilitate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized technology projects across applications and infrastructure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and agile/kanban boards.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and report status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support workforce programs including onboarding and employee engagement.
