Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, VB 6.0, C#, or VB.Net is a plus.
• Good writing skills and interpersonal skills.
• US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations.
• Receive progressive responsibility during co-op.
• Identify and fix computer and network problems.
• Attend and participate in daily departmental meetings.
• Take ownership of identified projects.
• Participate in project teams for assigned projects.
• Work within specifications to meet project goals on time and accurately.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments on new product development, extensions, and enhancements.
• Work on computers, printers, and the network; troubleshoot hardware issues and configure computers.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Office; perform printer repair and troubleshooting.
