Qualifications

• Five years desktop and server support experience.
• Two years relational database administration and/or database development experience.
• Application development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network users' questions and needs.
• Perform regular maintenance on end-user systems.
• Provide appropriate cabling infrastructure.
• Ensure appropriate power needs for cameras and antennas.
• Establish and maintain network user environments.

Skills

Strong computer and networking skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to learn about computers and communications equipment

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent

A+, CCNA and MCDSP certification preferred
