Job summary

Fed95, LLC at Hill Air Force Base in Utah seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the HPE GreenLake modernization and infrastructure consolidation, directing systems administrators, engineers, and the ISSO to deliver across 2,000+ servers and 250+ applications.

You will own scope, schedules, risks and deliverables, coordinate with cybersecurity for RMF and C2C, manage vendor engagements, and provide regular status updates to leadership in a secure, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT project management or coordination experience.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure, modernization, or data center projects.
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Advanced technical knowledge of operating systems, network administration, virtualization, and service desk operations.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and documentation related to IT systems and infrastructure.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must possess a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, estimates, staffing, schedules, and communication plans.
• Lead all phases of the HPE GreenLake project from planning to sustainment.
• Supervise HPE GreenLake staff and ISSO supporting the consolidation effort.
• Set milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Facilitate meetings to review status and align teams and stakeholders.
• Provide status updates and project summaries to leadership.
• Ensure project documentation is audit‑ready and accurate.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity to ensure RMF, C2C, and security compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle activities supporting GreenLake integration.
• Engage with HPE and third‑party vendors for support and issue resolution.
• Analyze proposed changes for technical impact and lifecycle implications.
• Support onboarding and modernization aligned with hosting requirements.
• Maintain organized repositories for documentation and audit materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Government stakeholders, and leadership.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and technical considerations clearly.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness of activities.
• Apply senior‑level expertise to plan and lead major project assignments.
