Position Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Applications Systems Specialist with strong expertise in Meditech Expanse Electronic Health Records (EHR) to support, maintain, and optimize clinical and administrative application systems. This role involves product ownership, system troubleshooting, upgrades, user training, workflow optimization, and collaboration between IT and clinical operations teams.

• Provide product ownership and senior-level expertise for Meditech Expanse.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of acute care and/or ambulatory Meditech Expanse EHR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Information Systems, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
• Experience training and supporting EMR users, including physicians.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clinical and business teams.
