Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Applications Systems Specialist to manage and optimize MEDITECH Expanse EMR in a healthcare setting. You will provide senior-level support, address incidents, and lead upgrades while training clinicians and staff on EMR usage.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of acute care and/or ambulatory MEDITECH Expanse EHR experience (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, IT, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT applications.
• Experience in EMR troubleshooting, system upgrades, user support, and training.
