Landstar System seeks an IT Manager to lead a 11–15 person technical team and guide deployment across environments. You will own the product roadmap and production support, coordinating with business partners to balance agility and stability.

Required: 3 years of IT management and 5 years IT experience, with Azure, Azure DevOps, Angular, and Blazor experience. Flexible location: remote or hybrid in Jacksonville, FL, with strong communications and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT management experience.
• 5 years of professional IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Full-stack development using the Microsoft suite.
• Web development using Angular and/or Blazor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 11–15 technical personnel, including hiring and evaluations.
• Oversee release management and production deployments.
• Balance agility with control across environments.
• Coordinate development and deployment with IT and business partners.
• Foster Scrum and Agile practices and ensure clarity of duties.
• Plan changes across development, test, and user acceptance phases.
• Monitor productivity and ensure standards are met.
• Own the technical product roadmap and production support.
