Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience leading Azure cloud and .NET development projects.
• Experience with Mainframe Transformation and legacy modernization.
• Ability to manage SDLC with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Mainframe Transformation and Azure initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
• Oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD and software integration strategies.
• Apply Agile/Scrum and Kanban to sprint planning and delivery milestones.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigations.
• Oversee documentation and dashboards for progress and compliance.
