Western Alliance Bank seeks an IT Manager to own Varicent platform strategy, roadmap, and governance. You will lead analysts and developers, drive automation, and partner with HR, Finance, and Risk to align technology with business goals.

You will balance strategic planning with day-to-day delivery, ensuring data integrity and secure operations across compensation, workforce planning, and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years leading IT development and support for enterprise apps.
• Experience with Varicent or similar incentive management platforms.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, vendors, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, support, and roadmap for Varicent platform.
• Oversee integrations with Workday, payroll, and data systems.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and project delivery with cross-functional partners.
• Establish governance, data quality, and operational SLAs.
