The role emphasizes leadership, platform modernization, data governance, and secure operations across enterprise systems. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT development and support for enterprise apps.
• 3+ years hands-on Varicent experience or similar platform.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Varicent platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and optimization.
• Lead analysts, developers, and support resources to deliver on time and budget.
• Oversee configurations, testing, deployment, and support of Varicent and related compensation capabilities.
• Drive automation and process improvements for incentive compensation and workforce planning.
• Design integrations between Varicent and Workday, payroll, data warehouses, and analytics systems.
• Establish data governance, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
