Job summary

A technology company in the United States is seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of Varicent software. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional models, configuring compensation plans, and developing ETL processes for data integrity. You'll also create dynamic dashboards, resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation. This position requires collaboration with IT teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with Varicent software, including Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional Varicent models, including data models, workflows, calculations, and reports.
• Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within the Varicent platform.
• Create and publish dynamic dashboards and reports for commission insights and performance tracking.
• Resolve technical issues, provide user support, and participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams.
• Partner and collaborate with other professional services & IT teams to execute on the project.
