You will manage a team of developers, QA, and support specialists, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to ensure compliant, scalable tech foundations.

The role focuses on modern platform capabilities, responsible AI adoption, and strategic planning to meet regulatory and business goals. Travel may be up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related IT leadership experience.
• Experience building and managing applications and platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevSecOps, API integration, and SDLC.
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory obligations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product and technology roadmap.
• Lead and develop engineering and product teams.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, security and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
• Provide technical and architectural direction for development, design, testing and maintenance.
