Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with relevant experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience ideal.
• Minimum 3 years of application development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of application analysts to design and implement enterprise solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for organizational needs.
• Translate goals into actionable technical plans and objectives.
• Communicate complex requirements to stakeholders and data stewards.
• Provide technical leadership on audits, disaster recovery, security and compliance.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable and maintainable.
