Job summary

PopStroke is seeking a seasoned IT leader to orchestrate technology across our venues and corporate offices. You will manage IT systems, deploy hardware networks, and drive initiatives that elevate the guest experience.

Join a fast-paced entertainment brand with state-of-the-art technology, travel up to 20% nationally, and a pivotal role reporting to the VP of Construction & Development. Plan, deploy, and optimize IT services for growth.

Qualifications

Experience managing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace enterprise-wide.
Ability to configure Okta and integrate SSO.
Experience deploying Windows/Mac with RMM tools.
Network design and testing for reliable multi-site connectivity.
Experience configuring Cloud VOIP and VLANs for venues.
Ability to manage hardware and security tooling.

Responsibilities

Own IT strategy and execution across all PopStroke venues and corporate locations.
Lead IT initiatives and projects aligning infrastructure with business goals.
Deploy and manage monitoring, security, and automation across systems.
Oversee procurement and provisioning of computers and hardware.
Operate help desk, user provisioning, and ITSM tooling.
Maintain real-time monitoring (Meraki, SNMP) and incident response.
Design/validate multi-site networks, including firewalls and VPNs.
Support onsite installations and relocations with travel as needed.
