Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an experienced IT & Venue Technology Lead to oversee the IT systems, applications, tools, and networks across all PopStroke venues and corporate locations. You’ll collaborate across departments to implement processes that support rapid growth and deliver a seamless guest experience.

You’ll manage deployments, security, remote monitoring, and end‑user support, with travel to venues nationwide. Orlando, FL location with responsibilities at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace across an enterprise.
• Ability to configure Okta; provisioning with SSO integrations.
• Experience deploying Windows and Mac devices via RMM tools (Kandji, NinjaOne).
• Design and test highly available networks with auto-failover between ISPs.
• Configure Cloud VOIP services and handsets; manage VLANs and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and network security concepts.
• Strong documentation, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own IT tools, systems, and networks across all venues and corporate locations.
• Lead IT initiatives to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Deploy and maintain RMM/MDM, monitoring, and security solutions.
• Oversee hardware provisioning and daily helpdesk operations.
• Design and support multi-site networks, VPNs, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 20% as needed.
• Support knowledge base creation and vendor relationships.
