West Fraser in Memphis, TN is seeking an IT Manager, Maintenance and Procurement Systems to lead the enterprise applications supporting maintenance, reliability, and procurement.

Based from a Memphis office, you will manage a team of application specialists, partner with business leaders, prioritize enhancements, ensure system performance, and drive projects to deliver measurable value while maintaining compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting or managing enterprise applications in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with maintenance, reliability, procurement, or operations-focused systems; Maximo is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of maintenance and procurement applications.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to analysts and administrators.
• Prioritize enhancements, projects, and support needs with business units.
• Ensure delivery of projects and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Direct system upgrades, integrations, and security/compliance activities.
