Qualifications

• 7+ years of Information Systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft operating systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, printing, and application support.
• Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective and professional communication across all levels.
• Leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking.
• Customer service-focused with ownership and timely issue resolution.
• Ability to identify technology solutions supporting digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead desktop and help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including users, groups, permissions, policies, printing, updates, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues; prioritize incidents and document resolutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, network equipment, printers, scanners, TVs, and other peripherals.
• Monitor systems and respond to security, performance, and usability concerns.
• Support cybersecurity, backups, and data-protection processes.
• Maintain surveillance cameras, video conferencing, phone systems, and door-entry systems.
• Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions for upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IT procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Integrate technology into new construction projects and on-site residences when needed.
