The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business operations. This position manages the IT Department, supports end users, leads technology initiatives, and maintains systems that support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of IT experience including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Department and technology infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
• Support end users and provide technical assistance.
• Lead technology initiatives and maintain systems supporting the organization’s mission.
• Develop technology budgets and manage vendor/consultant relationships for best practices in security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Occasional after-hours support may be required.
