Job summary

The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensure reliable operations, and support mission delivery.

You will lead the IT team, manage networks, servers, AD, Exchange, security, and software applications; develop budgets, coordinate vendor relations, and provide hands-on technical support with a focus on service quality and security. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years IT experience with leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations across the organization.
• Administer networks, servers, telephone systems, AD, Exchange, wireless, cybersecurity, and business software.
• Provide technical support and manage user access and security credentials.
• Oversee software licensing and technology purchases.
• Coordinate technology for meetings and presentations.
• Develop technology budgets and work with vendors on best practices for security, backups, and disaster recovery.

The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking an experienced and service-oriented IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business operations. This position is responsible for managing the IT Department, supporting end users, leading technology initiatives, and maintaining systems that support the organization’s mission.

The IT Manager administers and maintains the organization’s networks, servers, telephone systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, wireless connectivity, cybersecurity measures and business software applications. The role provides technical support, manages user access and security credentials, oversees software licensing and technology purchases, coordinates technology for meetings and presentations, develops technology budgets, and works with vendors and consultants to implement best practices for security, backups, and disaster recovery. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

The successful candidate will supervise IT staff, provide leadership and training, manage departmental priorities, and ensure responsive, high-quality technology services throughout the organization.

Qualified candidates must have an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of related IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Strong technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
