Job description

We are seeking an experienced Varicent Technical Manager with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent. The candidate will lead technical design, development, data integration, and system optimization initiatives while managing a team of developers and coordinating with business stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Varicent ICM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation plans and translate them into technical design.
• Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, scorecards, dashboards, and reports in Varicent.
• Manage data integration processes including ETL design and execution.
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
• Review technical specifications and perform code reviews.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT teams.
• Ensure proper documentation including BRD, HLD, LLD, and technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers and technical team members.
• Manage release cycles, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills
