The IT Manager I leads cross‑functional IT teams and delivers large‑scale technology initiatives across multiple workstreams, combining strong leadership with hands‑on technical and project management expertise. This role oversees the full lifecycle of projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support while designing and deploying enterprise mobility solutions supporting 10,000+ devices using platforms such as SOTI, Intune or other Enterprise Mobility Management solutions.
This role combines people leadership with hands‑on technical and project management responsibilities. The position ensures timely execution of projects, fosters cross‑functional collaboration, and drives scalable technology solutions that support business growth.
Additionally, the role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions and collaborates with vendors to deliver enhancements, resolve production issues, and continuously improve platform performance.

The base pay range for this role $114,300.00 to $221,900.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
