Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Manager, IT Human Capital Manager Applications to lead the GIS team at the Howmet Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA. You will guide the enterprise HR solution stack, including Oracle Cloud HCM and related interfaces, with focus on security, compliance, and data-driven insights.

The role reports to the Sr. IT Corporate Applications Manager and oversees budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 year’s project management experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team that supports enterprise HR solutions, Time and Attendance, payroll systems, and related interfaces.
• Deliver guidance to customers to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and capability in each application area.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and project budgets; contribute to RFA lifecycle as needed.
• Foster relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
