Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Manager, IT Human Capital Manager Applications to lead the GIS team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on enterprise HR solutions (Oracle Cloud HCM), time and attendance, payroll interfaces, and data-driven improvements. Strong leadership, security, and Agile mindset are essential.

Reporting to the Sr. IT Corporate Applications Manager, you’ll drive modernization, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while managing budgets and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 year's project management experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and engages teams. Acts as an escalation point and removes barriers preventing progress.
• Provides HCM technology advice and counsel regarding applications, systems, or technologies in area of responsibility.
• Develops and manages operating budgets for delivery and support activities; approves project budgets.
