Job summary

Lee & Man Company Limited is seeking an IT Manager to lead a full-cycle ERP implementation project for a new factory in Thailand and to manage the Hong Kong IT infrastructure as the sole IT representative.

The role reports to the Group IT Director and requires strong ERP and system integration experience with MS Dynamics AX 2012, as well as excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Based in Hong Kong with occasional travel to Mainland China and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years IT management experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of 1–2 full-cycle ERP implementations in manufacturing.
• Strong system integration experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle) and EDI/API to ERP.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, Windows Server, networking and firewalls.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
• Based in Hong Kong with travel to Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager.

The Role

Directly report to Group IT Director. Lead a full-cycle ERP implementation project at the new factory in Thailand, ensuring seamless data integration with our Group's MS Dynamics AX 2012 system. Also act as the sole IT person in Hong Kong, responsible for maintaining HK office's IT infrastructure.

• Knowledge and skill of the following technologies: MS SQL, Windows Server, networking & firewalls
• Strong communication and coordination skills with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
• Based in Hong Kong, occasional travels to Mainland China and Southeast Asian countries
