Job summary

The City of Mesa's Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead the support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications within ERP and Data Services. This hands-on leader will manage a portfolio of third-party and in-house apps, ensuring reliability, performance, and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT leadership, strong enterprise application and data management expertise, vendor management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Extensive (5+ years) experience in IT management or project leadership.
Considerable (3-5 years) experience in managing large-scale systems or services.

Responsibilities

Develop the service strategy for ERP and Data Services environments.
Lead and mentor teams; manage workloads and priorities across applications.
Ensure reliability, performance, and quality of assigned systems and integrations.
Coordinate with vendors and DoIT leadership on budgets, roadmaps, and SLAs.
