Professional Project Services Inc. in the Knoxville/Oak Ridge area seeks an IT Manager to lead security, governance, and daily operations of our IT environment supporting U.S. Government contracting.

You will coordinate with MSPs, cybersecurity partners, vendors, and leadership to sustain compliance and secure cloud services. The role requires strategic leadership with hands-on technical ability, plus experience with cloud platforms, audits, and budget management. Direct Hire; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven background in IT management, oversight, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT security, governance, and daily operations across the IT environment.
• Coordinate with MSPs, cybersecurity partners, software vendors, and leadership.
• Maintain CMMC Level 2 and align with NIST SP 800-171 requirements.
• Manage budgets, projects, policies, audits, and cloud services.
• Oversee cloud environments (Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government) and identity access controls.
