Insource Services seeks an IT Manager to oversee client relationships and the IT infrastructures across multiple client environments in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes technology planning, budgeting, and hands-on guidance to ensure optimal performance and profitability for our diverse client base.

You will lead projects, manage IT operations, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver value and align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education is required.
• 3+ years of IT experience are expected.
• Strong knowledge of IP, internet topology, and networked systems is essential.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Applications is required.
• Experience managing client relationships and IT projects is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive management of assigned client relationships and IT infrastructures.
• Lead consulting engagements to achieve client satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop 1, 3, and 5 year technology plans for small to medium businesses.
• Manage IT operations across diverse client environments.
• Design technology solutions considering budget and risk.
• Present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate additional contracted services and client communications.
