Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Manager to oversee and support all technology needs for a growing wholesale sales organization. This role will serve as the primary and sole IT resource, responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing both hardware and software systems, with NetSuite ERP as the core business platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration, support, and optimization of NetSuite ERP, including user management, troubleshooting, and basic configurations
• Provide hands‑on hardware and software support for end users (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals)
• Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, backups, security, and vendor relationships
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity issues across the organization
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications
• Establish and document IT processes, policies, and best practices
• Partner with leadership to align technology with business needs and growth plans

Preferred

• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or sales‑driven organizations
• Prior experience as a sole or lead IT resource
