Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an IT Leader to manage the technology infrastructure, ensure availability and security, and guide strategic technology initiatives. You will oversee software and hardware upgrades, develop policies, and lead a capable IT team.

Responsibilities also include maintaining data protection, implementing backup and recovery procedures, delivering training to staff, documenting changes, and staying current with new technologies

• Oversees development, implementation and upgrades of software and hardware systems

• Stays up-to-date with advances in technology and makes recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the organization
• Ensures the security of sensitive data and systems, including implementing data backup and recovery procedures and cyber security tools

• Creates documentation, communicates changes and organizes/conducts training for employees as needed

Some nice to haves

• Experience administering or supporting some of the following technologies Microsoft Windows Servers and Workstations, Firewalls, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMWare, NAS, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP
• General understanding of the Microsoft .NET framework C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL
