Job summary

PalAmerican seeks a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the delivery and support of technology services across multiple US locations. This on-site, full-time role offers excellent benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and identity management, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing multi-site or distributed IT teams in service‑oriented environments.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and IT governance.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to align technology to business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities
