Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage high‑volume employee relations cases in a multi-site environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing legally sound documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

• Lead thorough and impartial investigations into harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and partner on HR policy and training initiatives.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with regional leadership to support workforce planning and strategic decision‑making.

• Experience in security services or comparable high‑turnover service industries.
• Direct litigation support experience including EEOC and agency investigations.
• Track record of improving retention and reducing employee relations risk.
