Job summary

PalAmerican in Seattle is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the delivery and support of technology services across US locations. You will partner with business leaders to translate needs into practical solutions, manage multi-site IT teams, oversee networks, cloud services, and governance, and drive technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and identity management, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing multi-site or distributed IT teams in service-oriented environments.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and IT governance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to align technology to business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
