Location: Birmingham, AL - Onsite

Compensation: Circa $130,000 + strong benefits package + Bonus

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing and supporting the organization's technology infrastructure, end-user support, systems administration, and IT operations, leading technology initiatives that improve business processes and user experience across Windows, Linux, networking, security, and cloud environments.

You’ll lead technology projects E2E (migrations, upgrades, implementations), manage AD and M365, and provide mentorship to junior IT staff while collaborating closely with leadership and business stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who has a "service mindset", and someone who like to push boundaries of what can be done. I.e looking at the latest tools and proactively thinking about how the team can improve.

Experience Required

• Leading / Managing a small team
• Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, or IT Operations
• Strong experience administering Windows and Linux server environments
• Experience with virtualization and enterprise infrastructure management
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, SharePoint)
