Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of experience as counsel, preferably in a corporate legal department.
• At least three years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating software-related contracts.
• Ability to translate complex technical, licensing, and business concepts into clear contract language.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, GDPR, privacy, intellectual property, and compliance issues a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft contracts for IT assets and services.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, Energy Transfer policies, and departmental procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of contract transactions in systems of record, including ServiceNow and Agiloft CLM.
