Job summary

Yes Energy is seeking a Commercial Counsel to oversee the day-to-day contracting for its diverse product portfolio. This is a hands-on role responsible for drafting and negotiating key agreements, managing contract administrators, and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient deal execution.

The ideal candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, be an active bar member, and have 3-6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Active membership with at least one U.S. state bar (Colorado bar preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience with revenue-generating contracts, SaaS subscriptions, and data licensing.

• Draft and negotiate revenue-generating commercial agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal advisor to sales and revenue operations.
