Qualifications

• Understanding of data and AI integration at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead an IT org of ~60 staff and external resources across infrastructure, systems, networking, ops, data, and AI.
• Drive maturity through processes, KPIs, governance, reliability, uptime, vendor contracts, and capital planning.
• Provide leadership for Data organization and AI integration with business priorities.
• Develop directors and build a high-performing culture across technical functions.
• Balance day-to-day stability with long-term modernization and planning.
