Job summary

Diality, a medical device company, seeks an IT Manager to lead daily IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications in a regulated environment. You will partner with business leaders to boost efficiency, reduce risk, and enable growth.

The role requires strong IT leadership, governance, and experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security practices. Office-based with occasional travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 7–10 years progressive IT experience.
• 3–5 years IT leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and security programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and incident resolution to ensure high availability.
• Lead infrastructure and application projects, including cloud migrations and security initiatives.
• Manage MSPs, vendors, and service contracts; monitor SLAs and budgets.
• Support regulatory compliance (FDA QSR, ISO 13485, HIPAA) and audit readiness.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and governance for IT services and security.
